Cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours. Once the order is shipped, The order cannot be cancelled and will be subjected to our refund / return policy.

Refund

Please contact us at support@theislandtcg if you are inquiring about a return. Please include a photo of the item(s) that you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we will send you additional instructions via email. 

All products that are returned must be returned to us at the same condition it was shipped. If the the product is opened or tampered etc. The return / refund request will be declined. 

We do allow case by case basis but a return or refund are not guaranteed.

Purchases made using promotional codes and discount codes are not eligible for a return. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for a return. Exclusions apply.

Damaged, Missing and, or other Issues.

All orders are inspected before shipping. But sometimes we may miss something. Please contact us right away when you receive the shipment within 24 hours at Support@theislandtcg.com.

Orders that are contacted after 24 hours upon receiving the order (tracking number) will not be eligible for refunds or replacements. 

Items that are sent back to us without any contact to our team will be rejected. 

Lost Shipment

All shipments are insured up to $200. If a shipment is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier.
